How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email from tsgabrielle® containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

Open your shipping confirmation email.
Click the tracking link included in the message.
You’ll be redirected to your carrier’s tracking page, where you can view the latest delivery updates.
If you created a customer account at checkout, you can also log in to your tsgabrielle® account to view your order status anytime.

⏰ When Tracking Updates Appear
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update, as carriers may need time to scan your package into their system.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Because most tsgabrielle® items are made to order, we begin preparing them quickly to ensure fast delivery and sustainable production.

• After this period, your order may already be in production or shipping, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

🛍️ Changes to your Order
To update your shipping address, change size/color/quantity, or swap an item, email contact@tsgabrielle.us with your order number and the details of your request. We’ll do our best to help.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped
If your order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled. Once received, you can still reach us at contact@tsgabrielle.us for help with returns or exchanges in line with our Return Policy.

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

How long does it take to get the Refund?
